With the benign blessings of all Kanchi Shankaracharyas and Sri Rama, www.kanchimuttayodhya.in was launched by Sri Sankara Vijayendra Shankaracharya Swamigal, the 70th Peetadhipathi of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam on 21st January 2024.
Shri Kanchi Shankaracharya Mutt, Ayodhya was established with the benign blessings of the Shankaracharyas of Kanchi. It is located near Ayodhya Ram Mandir.
The mutt consists of a Yatri Nivas, Temple, Veda Patasala, Social Community Centre, a Parayanam Hall and a Bookstore.
Pujyasri Jayendra Saraswati Swamigal has stayed in the mutt over the years and blessed one and all. Pujyasri Sankara Vijayendra Saraswati Swamigal had stayed in the mutt from 11 October to 2 November 2023 during Sharada Navaratri season and performed Chandramouleeswar Puja inside the temple premises.
